摘 要:新型电子点火解锁装置作为某地面测发控系统和弹射动力装置之间的连接纽带,在接收到地面测发控系统发出的解除保险指令(解锁额定脉冲电压)后,完成点火产生高压气体。磁保持继电器作为电子点火解锁装置内部的核心器件,其可靠性和点火安全逻辑设计的合理性是实现电子点火解锁功能的关键。通过试验研究,发现改变磁保持继电器的安装方式,在继电器底板下方配置橡胶减振垫以避免衔铁抖动,能够提高衔铁在恶劣环境下的稳定性,同时优化点火安全逻辑,使产品环境适应性及质量与可靠性增长显著。As a connecting link between a ground measurement and control system and a catapult power device,the new electronic ignition unlocking device can complete the ignition to produce high-pressure gas after receiving the insurance removal instruction from the ground measurement and control system.As the core device of the electronic ignition unlocking device,the reliability of the magnetic latching relay and the rationality of the ignition safety logic design are the key to realize the electronic ignition unlocking function.Through experimental research,it is found that the stability of the armature in the harsh environment can be improved by changing the installation method of the magnetic latching relay and installing a rubber vibration cushion under the relay bottom plate to avoid the jitter of the armature,and the ignition safety logic can be optimized,so that the environmental adaptability and quality reliability of the product can be significantly increased.
