摘　　要：为适应新形势下航天企业外包协作的新挑战,解决当前常规外包产品保证不可达的问题,对航天产品重要度、供应商能力等级的分类分级进行了研究,建立了差异化外包产品保证的新模式,针对不同产品与供应商的组合,配置了29项可选择的差异化外包产品保证控制措施,并制定了供应商激励办法,可有效提升航天产品外包质量管控水平,实现航天企业与供应商的互利共赢。In order to adapt to the new challenges of outsourcing cooperation in aerospace enterprises and solve the problems of unattainable conventional outsourcing products,a research was conducted on the classification and grading of aerospace product importance and supplier capability levels.A new model of differentiated outsourcing product assurance was established,and 29 optional differentiated outsourcing product assurance control measures were configured for different products and supplier combinations,as well as supplier incentive measures,which effectively improves the quality control level of aerospace product outsourcing,and achieves mutual benefit and a win-win between aerospace enterprises and suppliers.
