摘  要:针对传统乙炔传感器检测限高,检测灵敏度低,响应温度高的问题,制备了一种新型薄膜传感器用于乙炔的检测。试验结果表明,在响应温度为90℃条件下,薄膜传感器对乙炔的响应时间和恢复时间分别为172 s和164 s,乙炔浓度与薄膜传感器的电阻存在线性关系,在不同乙炔浓度条件下多次重复检测,传感器的响应值不发生变化,在多种气体中,对乙炔的响应值最高;运行30 d后,传感器的检测性能依旧稳定,整体表现出良好的检测性能。将其用于变压器数字孪生油气故障诊断系统,可以准确检测出变压器中乙炔含量的变化。In order to solve the problems of high detection limit,low detection sensitivity and high response temperature of traditional acetylene sensor,a new thin film sensor for acetylene detection was prepared.The test results showed that the response time and recovery time of the thin-film sensor to acetylene were 172 s and 164 s,respectively,under the condition of 90℃,and there was a linear relationship between the acetylene concentration and the resistance of the thin-film sensor.The response value of the sensor did not change when repeated under different acetylene concentrations,and the highest response value to acetylene was the highest among multiple gases.After 30 days of operation,the detection performance of the sensor was still stable,and the overall detection performance was good.It was used in the transformer digital twin oil and gas fault diagnosis system,which could accurately detect the change of acetylene content in the transformer.
