摘　　要：基层市场监管部门执法工作面临着压力大、案件流程长、案件办理效率低的严峻挑战,亟需在现有的法律框架下,依托现代信息技术推进“最多跑一次”改革理念向执法领域延伸,构建一套案件快速办理程序,从而减轻基层执法压力并提升执法效能。文中就构建市场监管部门行政处罚快速办理程序,提高执法办案效能的相关问题做一些分析和探讨。The law enforcement work of grass-roots market supervision departments faces severe challenges such as high pressure,long case procedures,and low efficiency in handling cases.It is urgent to promote the reform concept of"running at most once"to the field of law enforcement under the existing legal framework and rely on modern information technology to establish a set of expedited case handling procedures,so as to reduce the pressure on grass-roots law enforcement and improve law enforcement effectiveness.This paper tries to make some analysis and discussion on the related problems of constructing the rapid handling procedures to improve the efficiency of law enforcement.
