广西盾翅藤不同地理种源生长情况调查及南宁市引种表现初探

摘  要:为探究盾翅藤在广西的种质资源分布概况、原生地概况,并探究不同种源引种至南宁市后的生长表现,实地走访调查广西6个盾翅藤地理种源(靖西、龙州、崇左、大新、大化、平果),记录并测定各种源伴生植物及土壤性质,而后将各种源引种至南宁市进行繁殖、栽培,对比各种源植株生长及食用产量。结果表明:盾翅藤主要伴生植物有23科31种,以桑科(Moraceae)为主,灌木、藤本植物居多;平果种源原生地土壤碳、氮含量最高,分别达69.00和4.62 g/kg;大化种源全磷含量最高,达3.18 g/kg;崇左种源土壤肥力较差,地理分布上越靠北土壤养分含量越高。不同种源盾翅藤引种至南宁市后植株枝条数量差异显著,而枝条总长度、食用产量则差异不显著,以龙州种源生长最好,3项指标分别达21.10个、5.13 m和90.12 g;其次是东部、北部种源,西部种源生长最差。相关性分析表明,土壤养分含量部分指标与植株生长指标之间相关关系显著或极显著,原生地土壤尚未对盾翅藤本身性质造成较大影响。隶属度分析表明,龙州种源引种至南宁市后生长表现最佳,最适宜南宁市推广种植;平果种源次之,靖西、崇左种源不推荐在南宁市引种栽培。To investigate the distribution of germplasm resources and the native range of the shield-winged vine in Guangxi,as well as the growth performance of different seed sources after they were introduced to Nanning City,we visited and inves-tigated six geographic seed sources of the shield-winged vine in Guangxi(Jingxi,Longzhou,Chongzuo,Daxin,Dahua,and Pingguo),recorded and measured the accompanying plants and soil properties of the various sources,introduced the different sources to Nanning city for propagation and cultivation,and compared the growth and food production of the various source plants.The results showed that the prime companion plants of the shield-winged vine were 31 species in 23 families,with Moraceae as the prime family and shrubs and lianas as the majority;the soil carbon and nitrogen contents of the Pingguo seed source were the highest in its native place,amounting to 69.00 and 4.62 g·kg^(–1),respectively;the Dahua seed source had the highest content of total phosphorus,amounting to 3.18 g·kg–1;the Chongzuo seed source's soil fertility was relatively poor,and the more geographically distributed the north was,the greater the nutrient content of the soil was.The soil fertility of the Chongzuo seed source is poor.There were significant differences in the number of branches of plants from different seed sources but not in the total length of branches or edible yield,with the Longzhou seed source having the greatest growth,at 21.10,5.13 m,and 90.12 g,respectively,followed by the eastern and northern seed sources.The western seed sources had the worst growth.Correlation analysis revealed that the correlations between several indicators of soil nutrient content and plant growth indicators were significant or highly significant,and the native soil did not hurt the nature of the shield-winged vine itself.The analysis revealed that the Longzhou seed source had the best growth performance after planting in Nanning and was the most suitable for popularizing planting in Nanning;the Pingguo seed source w
