摘　　要：科学技术的持续创新,推动了数字经济产业的迅猛发展。其中,人工智能、大数据应用、云计算等具有代表性的数字信息技术已广泛应用于各行各业及增值服务产品中,成为当前新兴战略产业中发展最为迅速的领域之一。近年来,我国各地区纷纷制定数字经济产业园培育政策,通过特色产业园建设来培育新兴产业和业态,推动城市产业集群的持续升级。本文围绕如何借助特色产业园区建设推动高质量产业发展,提升城市的能级和核心竞争力进行深入探讨。The continuous innovation of digital technology promotes the rapid development of digital economy industry.The artificial intelligence,big data application,cloud computing and other representative digital information technology have been widely used in various industries and value-added services products,which has become one of the most rapidly developing fields in the emerging strategic industries.In recent years,many regions in China have made policies to cultivate digital economy industrial parks,to cultivate new industries and new forms of business through the construction of characteristic industrial parks,and to promote the continuous upgrading of urban industrial clusters.This paper focuses on how to promote the high-quality industry development,and improve the city's energy level and core competitiveness with the construction of characteristic industrial parks.
