砭石膏摩联合皮内针治疗1例热射病胃肠道功能障碍患者的护理体会

摘　　要：本文总结1例运用砭石膏摩联合皮内针治疗热射病胃肠道功能障碍患者的护理体会。热射病患者稳定过渡到恢复期后,在常规营养支持、对症干预的基础上,根据中医辨证,采用砭石膏摩联合皮内针治疗,能有效改善患者的胃肠道功能障碍,提高生活质量。To summarize the nursing experience of a case of gastrointestinal dysfunction fol-lowed by heatstroke treated with Bian-stone rubbing therapy with Chinese herbal medicine com-bined with intradermal acupuncture.On the basis of conventional treatment and nursing during the recovery period,the characteristic techniques of Traditional Chinese Medicine including Bian-stone rubbing therapy and intradermal acupuncture were carried out to relieve the clinical symp-toms of the gastrointestinal dysfunction and improve patient’s quality of life.
