江苏省专科护士培养的发展现状

摘　　要：目的分析江苏省专科护士培养进程和发展现状,为进一步促进护理服务水平和质量提供参考意见。方法对江苏省护理学会官网公布的2013届—2022届省级15项专科护士培训人员名单进行回顾性研究,将录取及合格名单进行合格率、各项专科培训人数比、地区录取分布情况进行分析。结果最终纳入2014届、2015届、2016届、2017届、2019届、2022届6届(4668名)省级专科护士培训人员名单进行数据分析,合格率分别为94.34%、94.63%、98.75%、97.96%、98.34%、99.42%。在项目专科培训中人数占比前5名依次为:危重症、糖尿病、急救急诊、心血管、骨科。专科护士地区分布前5名依次为:南京市、苏州市、徐州市、南通市、无锡市。专科基地医院城市数量分布:南京市基地医院数量最多,有10家医院,其次是苏州4家医院、徐州3家医院、无锡2家医院,常州、扬州、镇江、南通均1家基地医院。结论经过二十多年的专科发展,临床的细致化更凸显省级专科护士的紧缺。培养专科护士,将更加安全、优质的促进护理事业发展。Objective To investigate the current status of development of specialist nurses training in Jiangsu province,and to provide reference for improving the quality of nursing practice in the furfure.Methods The data about specialist nurses training in Jiangsu province from 2013 to 2022 were downloaded from website of Jiangsu Nursing Association.The qualified rate of training programs,distribution of nurses in terms of subjects and regions were retrospectively ana-lyzed.Results A list of 4668 nurses who had participated in the specialist training in the 2014,2015,2016,2017,2019 and 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.The qualified rate of training programs was 94.34%,94.63%,98.75%,97.96%,98.34%,99.42%,respectively.The num-ber of nurses was highest in critical care training program,followed by diabetic care,intensive and emergency nursing,cardiovascular nursing and orthopedic nursing.Top five regions with largest number of nursing specialists in Jiangsu were Nanjing,Suzhou,Xuzhou,Nantong and Wuxi.Number of hospitals which had the training base for specialist nurses was 10 in Nanjing,followed by 4 in Suzhou,3 in Xuzhou,2 in Wuxi,and 1 in Changzhou,Yangzhou,Zhenjiang and Nantong,respectively.Conclusion With fast growth of specialist nurses training in last two decades in Jiangsu,the clinical nursing practice has become more detailed-oriented,which caus-ing a lack of provincial-level nursing specialists.It is required to strength the specialist nurses training and promote the safe and high-quality development of nursing science in Jiangsu.
