摘　　要：下腔静脉滤器植入术后通过对腿部进行施压,有助于减少出血和防止血肿形成。传统的下腔静脉滤器植入术后加压固定方式存在易脱落、难调节等局限性,影响施压效果。本研究介绍一种下腔静脉滤器手术后加压固定带,不仅施压稳定,且可以调整压力大小和施压位置,在确保施压效果的前提下,提升了患者舒适度。A medical device used for compression of the lower limb may help to reduce the bleeding and hematoma after inferior vena cava filter placement.However,there are some limita-tions,such as conventional strap fixation is easy to loosen and difficult to adjust,affecting the ef-fective compression at the puncture point.This paper introduced a well-designed compression fix-ation strap which was used after inferior vena cava filter placement.It could achieve stable fixa-tion of the pressure airbag on the patient's body,and the pressure and compression site could be adjusted according to the patient's specific situation.This compression fixation strap was designed to ensure the effective pressure on the lower limb and improve the comfort of the patient.
