摘　　要：本文总结1例心肌收缩力调节器(CCM)治疗扩张型心肌病合并心力衰竭患者的围手术期护理经验。术前给予针对性评估,全面掌握患者生活自理、危险因素、心理情况,并制订针对性护理方案;术后加强病情观察、伤口护理和并发症预防;出院前给予健康宣教,指导康复运动,提升患者对CCM和疾病的自我管理能力,提高患者生活质量,积极预防疾病复发。This paper summarized the perioperative nursing strategy of a case of dilated car-diomyopathy complicated with heart failure treated by cardiac contractility modulation(CCM).Through the use of high-quality nursing in preoperative comprehensive assessment,a comprehen-sive grasp of patient’s self-care,risk factors,psychological conditions,and formulate targeted nursing programs was conducted.Medication guidance and drug education were also provided to patients before procedure.Nurses had assisted doctors to improve relevant examinations and pro-vided psychological care.After the procedure,the patient was evaluated again in all aspects of nursing including illness condition monitoring,wound care and prevention of complications.Dis-charge education and targeted nursing guidance were provided to enhance patient’s ability of CCM use and management,heart failure management,wound observation,as well as compliance with medication and rehabilitation exercise.
