摘　　要：通过对氯乙酰氯衍生物含量的测定,间接测定氯乙酰氯在他达拉非中的含量。衍生物在浓度范围内,内线性关系良好。回收率和相对标准偏差在三个加样水平均符合要求。重复性、耐用性和稳定性试验表明:方法的重复性、耐用性和稳定性均符和要求。The derivatives of chloroacetyl chloride in tadalafil was determined in order to detremine the contents of chloroacetyl chloride in tadalafil indirectly.The method had a good linearty,and recovery and relative standard deriviation of method was complied with requirment.It was indicated that repeatability,robustness and stability was complied with requirment.
