摘　　要：代谢相关脂肪性肝病(MAFLD)已成为我国乃至全球慢性肝病的主要病因,影响着超过1/4的成年人口。早期诊断MAFLD对预防肝脏相关疾病的进展及相关并发症有重要的临床意义。在这篇综述中,我们总结了MAFLD无创评估的研究进展,以供临床医生选择合适的方法应用于临床实践中。Metabolic disfunction-associated fatty liver disease(MAFLD)has become the leading cause of chronic liver disease in our country and around the world,affecting more than a quarter of the adult population.Early diagnosis of MAFLD has important clinical significance in preventing the progression of liver-related diseases and complications.In this review,we summarize the research progress in the noninvasive assessment of MAFLD for clinicians to choose appropriate methods for clinical practice.
