摘 要:2023年,国外导弹防御系统向实战化发展,跟踪研究了2023年度国外导弹防御系统的最新发展动向,总结了美国、俄罗斯、欧洲和印太等国家和地区导弹防御政策变化、装备研制和部署情况,探讨了反导技术的未来发展。分析指出,美国调整导弹防御指挥权,更加重视天基预警跟踪系统的发展;俄罗斯天基探测系统组网推迟,更加注重国产化发展。未来世界主要国家将更加注重反导系统的实战能力,并将导弹防御手段从军事领域全面外延,重视天基预警系统的发展。In 2023,multiple anti-missile systems intercepted in combat and fight fiercely with ballistic missiles and hypersonic missiles.The latest development trends of foreign missile defense systems in 2023 is presented,changes in missile defense policies,system development and deployment in the United States,Russia,Europe and the Indo-Pacific and other countries and regions are summarized,and the future development of anti-missile technology is discussed.The United States has adjusted missile defense command authority and focused on the development of space-based early warning and tracking systems.The deployment of Russia's space-based early warning system has been postponed,and more emphasis has been placed on localization.In the future,major countries in the world will focus on the actual combat capabilities of antimissile systems,comprehensively extend missile defense means from military,and attach importance to the development of space-based early warning systems.
