摘  要:随着井下施工与开采技术的进步,井下排水中含有的杂质越来越难以处理,大水金属矿山面临着排水量大、排出水水质较差、政府环保管控严格等难题,国内外尚无技术可借鉴,因此大水冶金矿山水处理工艺优化势在必行。当前常规冶金矿山水处理工艺处理成本高且难以适应当前矿山井下排水水质,导致施工、采矿成本高,经济效益差。因此创新优化大水冶金矿山水处理工艺,是创建绿色矿山和清洁生产的关键研究课题。为此,河钢矿业作为国内超大型矿山的生产建设基地之一,水处理项目组开展超大型大水冶金矿山基建期井下排水处理工艺优化技术攻关,并实现工业化应用,不仅能够获得显著的经济效益和环保效益,而且为矿山排水处理探索出一条途径。With the progress of underground construction and mining technology,the impurities contained in underground drainage water are more and more difficult to deal with.Heavy-water metal mines are faced with challenges such as large amount of drainage,poor discharged water quality,and strict governmental control on environment.There is no technology available for reference at home and abroad.Therefore,it is imperative to optimize the water treatment process of heavy-water metallurgical mines.The conventional water treatment process for metallurgical mines at present is high in treatment cost and is difficult to adapt to the quality of current underground drainage water,resulting in high construction and mining costs and poor economic benefits.Therefore,innovating and optimizing the water treatment process of heavy-water metallurgical mines is a key research topic for creating green mines and clean production.For this reason,as one of the production and construction bases for super-large heavy-water mines in China,the water treatment project team of HBIS Mining has carried out research on optimization of underground drainage treatment technology during the infrastructure construction period of super-large heavy-water metallurgical mines,and achieved industrial application.It not only can achieve significant economic and environmental benefits,but also can explore a way for mine drainage treatment.
