摘　　要：随着科学技术发展进步,VR技术已经成为文化服务体系中的重要内容,并受到了公共图书馆的广泛关注。公共图书馆为了进一步优化自身的服务质量,选择VR技术为老年读者提供优质服务。但是在实际应用过程中,难免会出现硬件或软件的各方面问题。针对VR技术在公共图书馆老年读者服务中的应用进行研究,首先从内涵、特点、优势3个方面对VR技术进行了概述,随后分析了当下VR技术在公共图书馆老年读者服务中存在的问题。发现馆内空间较为复杂、设备过于专业、场地不够舒适、资源较为繁杂、服务能力不足和服务方法单一等问题已经成为当前亟待解决的难题。针对问题提出对应的解决措施,希望通过环境建模技术、行为建模技术、自然交互技术、立体现实技术、语音识别技术和虚拟服务技术等VR技术对公共图书馆老年读者服务进行优化,最后进行系统性总结。With the development and progress of science and technology,VR technology has become an important content of the cultural service system,and it has been widely concerned by public libraries.In order to further optimize their own service quality,public libraries choose to provide elderly readers with high-quality services through VR technology.However,in the practical application process,it is inevitable that there will be problems in hardware or software.This paper studies the application of VR technology in public library services for elderly readers.First,it summarizes VR technology from the three aspects of its connotation,characteristics and advantages.Then,it analyzes the current problems of VR technology in public library services for elderly readers,finds that more complex space,too professional equipment,uncomfortable sites,more complicated resources,the insufficient service ability and the single service method have become the current problems to be solved urgently,and puts forward corresponding solutions for these problems,hoping to optimize public library services for elderly readers through VR technologies such as environmental modeling technology,behavior modeling technology,natural interaction technology,stereo reality technology,speech recognition technology and virtual service technology,Finally it makes a systematic summary.
