摘  要:为高效且精确地完成现浇空间异型薄壁混凝土结构的施工,以熊猫基地扩建工程熊猫门建筑施工为载体,分析了BIM技术在施工过程中的应用。利用BIM建立空间曲面薄壁结构三维模型,并对曲面弧形结构进行有限元划分;通过建立模板支撑体系三维模型,导入MIDAS GEN后应用有限元分析计算,优化支架搭设方式,实现支撑体系的深化设计。结果表明:利用BIM技术辅助空间异型薄壁混凝土结构施工,提高了混凝土施工效率,节约了施工时间与成本。In order to efficiently and accurately complete the construction of cast-in-place space special-shaped thin-walled concrete structure,taking the construction of panda gate in the expansion project of panda base as the carrier,the application of BIM technology in the construction process is analyzed.The three-dimensional model of spatial curved thin-walled structure is established by using BIM,and the curved arc structure is divided by finite element method.Through the establishment of a three-dimensional model of the formwork support system,the finite element analysis and calculation are adopted after the introduction of MIDAS GEN,and the support erection method is optimized to realize the deepening design of the support system.The results show that using BIM technology to assist the construction of space special-shaped thin-walled concrete structure improves the concrete construction efficiency and reduces the construction time and cost.
