摘 要:目的:以移动式秸秆颗粒机车架为研究对象开展降低车架变形和共振的验证研究。方法:以移动式秸秆颗粒机车架作为静力学、模态分析对象,基于Ansys的有限元分析,验证车架的应力变形和稳定性。结果:基于车架的应力云图以及变形云图车架最大应力及共振动变形的变形量,验证了移动式秸秆颗粒机车架能有效保证其稳定性,满足使用要求。结论:通过模态分析,证实原设计数据的合理性,本方法为分析设备机构的变形及共振等共性问题提供了理论参考和优化的基础。Objective:To investigate the deformation and resonance reduction of mobile straw particle locomotive frame.Methods:Taking mobile straw particle locomotive frame as static and modal analysis object,the stress deformation and stability of the frame were verified by finite element analysis based on Ansys.Results:Based on the stress nephogram and deformation nephogram of the frame,the maximum stress of the frame and the deformation of the common vibration deformation were verified that the movable straw granule locomotive frame could effectively guarantee its stability and meet the application requirements.Conclusion:Through modal analysis,the rationality of the original design data was confirmed.The design verification method of mobile particle locomotive frame involved in this paper provided a theoretical reference and optirnal basis for analyzing the common problems such as deformation and resonance of the equipment.
