摘  要:呼气末二氧化碳浓度是评价人体呼吸系统是否正常的重要指标之一,实现呼气末二氧化碳的精确检测对临床实践具有重要意义。随着呼气末二氧化碳检测技术的国产化不断推进,近些年在国内临床的应用越来越广泛。该研究基于非分散红外法,对呼气末二氧化碳检测技术的检测原理、气体采样方法、技术关键、技术进展等进行综合阐述,较为全面地介绍了该技术目前的发展状况,为应用推广和改进提供参考。The concentration of end-tidal carbon dioxide is one of the important indicators for evaluating whether the human respiratory system is normal.Accurately detecting of end-tidal carbon dioxide is of great significance in clinical practice.With the continuous promotion of the localization of end-tidal carbon dioxide monitoring technology,its application in clinical practice in China has become increasingly widespread in recent years.The study is based on the non-dispersive infrared method and comprehensively elaborates on the detection principle,gas sampling methods,key technologies,and technological progress of end-tidal carbon dioxide detection technology.It comprehensively introduces the current development status of this technology and provides reference for application promotion and further improvement.
