摘 要:采用CSTR反应器对厌氧铁氨氧化(Feammox)反应性能和功能微生物进行了研究。通过对厌氧消化污泥驯化启动Feammox反应,反应器运行温度为32℃,进水pH为7.0±0.1。培养130天后,NH_(4)^(+)-N去除率可达40.97%,Fe^(3+)转化率可达31.86%。通过分析NH_(4)^(+)-N和Fe^(3+)的转化率,考察不同pH和温度条件对Feammox反应的影响。结果表明,最佳反应pH为7.0、温度为30℃。高通量测序表明,反应器运行各阶段污泥中优势菌门为变形菌门、酸杆菌门及浮霉菌门,核心菌群为Desuifoprunum、GP10和GP7。A CSTR reactor was used to study the performance and microbial community of an ammonia oxidation Feammox bioreactor under iron reduction conditions.The reactor was operated at 32℃with influent pH of 7.0±0.1.After 130-days cultivation,NH_(4)^(+)-N removal rate was 40.97%,and Fe^(3+)conversion was up to 31.86%.The effect of different pH and temperature conditions on the Feammox reaction was investigated by analyzing the variation of NH_(4)^(+)-N and Fe^(3+)conversions.The results showed that the optimum pH condition was 7.0 and the optimum temperature was 30℃.Furthermore,analysis of high-throughput sequencing technology showed that the main dominant phyla were Amoebacteria,Acidobacteria,Phyllostomycetes and Green Bacteria.
