酮苯脱蜡装置腐蚀的原因分析及对策

摘　　要：原料中的环烷酸对酮苯脱蜡装置具有腐蚀作用,是制约装置长周期安全运行的一大瓶颈。通过在酮苯脱蜡装置水回收系统加注KQ-1缓蚀剂,有效缓解了装置的腐蚀状况,延长了装置检修周期。The naphthenic acid in the raw material has corrosive effect on the ketone benzene dewaxing unit,which is a major bottleneck restricting the long-term safe operation of the unit.By adding KQ-1 corrosion inhibitor to the water recovery system of the ketone benzene dewaxing unit,the corrosion condition of the unit was effectively alleviated and the maintenance cycle of the unit was extended.
