顶管近距离穿越对近接高架桥桩施工的影响研究

摘  要:为确保顶管近距离穿越施工的安全性,需要分析近接高架桥桩施工受顶管施工的影响。本研究提出顶管近距离穿越对近接高架桥桩施工的影响研究方法。通过分析顶管近距离穿越项目的概况,获取顶管施工区域与高架桥之间的位置关系;并论述顶管近距离穿越施工过程中产生的土体扰动效应;最后,应用线弹性模型和Mohr-Coulomb模型建立了顶管有限元模型和高架桥有限元模型,根据设计的顶管近距离穿越施工流程展开数值模拟。所提出方法的模拟结果与实际结果基本相符,该方法具有较高的模拟精度。In order to ensure the safety of pipe jacking construction in close crossing,it is necessary to analyze the impact of pipe jacking construction on the construction of adjacent viaduct piles.The research method of the influence of pipe jacking short distance crossing on the construction of adjacent viaduct piles is proposed.Firstly,the general situation of pipe jacking short distance crossing project is introduced,and the location relationship between the pipe jacking construction area and the Viaduct is obtained.Secondly,the soil disturbance effect generated during the construction process of pipe jacking for close distance crossing was analyzed.Finally,the finite element model of pipe jacking and the finite element model of Viaduct are established through the linear elastic model and Mohr-Coulomb model,and numerical simulation is carried out according to the designed construction process of pipe jacking close crossing.After verification,the simulation results of the proposed method are basically consistent with the actual results,indicating that the proposed method has high simulation accuracy.
