摘　　要：目的:建立HPLC法同时测定散痰止咳露(苦杏仁、连翘、化橘红、黄芩等)中5种成分的含量。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为依利特C_(18)色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5μm);流动相为0.1%磷酸-甲醇,梯度洗脱;流速为1.0 mL/min;柱温为30℃;检测波长为210 nm、275 nm;进样量为10μL。结果:苦杏仁苷、连翘酯苷A、柚皮苷、黄芩苷、汉黄芩苷分别在11.514~287.85μg/mL(r=0.9997)、4.968~124.2μg/mL(r=0.9998)、12.088~302.2μg/mL(r=0.9997)、20.512~512.8μg/mL(r=0.9999)、4.438~110.95μg/mL(r=0.9999)范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率(RSD)分别为98.87%(0.63%)、99.71%(0.37%)、99.42%(0.50%)、98.88%(0.44%)、99.15%(0.68%)。结论:该方法操作简单、专属性强、精密度高、重现性好,可用于散痰止咳露的质量控制。Objective To develop an HPLC method for the simultaneous quantitative determination of five constituents in Santan hike Syrup.Methods High performance liquid chromatography was used,the determination was performed on Yilite C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)with mobile phase consisted of 0.1%phosphoric acid-methanol at the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.The column temperature was 30℃,and the detection wavelengths were set at 210 nm and 275 nm.The injection volume was 10μL.Results Amygdalin,forsythoside A,naringin,baicalin and wogonoside were linear within the rang of 11.514-287.85μg/mL(r=0.9997),4.968-124.2μg/mL(r=0.9998),12.088-302.2μg/mL(r=0.9997),20.512-512.8μg/mL(r=0.9999),4.438-110.95μg/mL(r=0.9999),respectively.The average recoveries(RSDs)were 98.87%(0.63%),99.71%(0.37%),99.42%(0.50%),98.88%(0.44%),99.15%(0.68%).Conclusions The method is convenient,specific,accurate and reproducible in the quality control of multicomponents in Santan Zhike Syrup.
