摘 要:目的:为进一步提升贵州南瓜蒂药材及饮片的质量标准。方法:根据《中国药典》2020版第四部通用的测定方法进行试验,运用通则0832水分测定的方法测定南瓜蒂饮片,运用通则2303灰分测定法对南瓜蒂饮片的总灰分与酸不溶性灰分进行测定,运用通则0502薄层色谱法定性分析南瓜蒂中豆甾醇,运用通则0512高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测法(HPLC-ELSD)测定南瓜蒂中豆甾醇的含量。结果:贵州几个不同地区南瓜蒂水分含量为7.401%~11.541%,测得其总灰分含量为3.142%~4.277%,酸不溶性灰分含量为0.7298%~1.141%,南瓜蒂中豆甾醇的含量为0.0361~0.1677μg/g。结论:通过测定贵州不同地区南瓜蒂水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分、豆甾醇的含量,为南瓜蒂的药材质量控制提供参考依据。Objective To further improve the quality standard of Guizhou Cucurbita moschata.Methods The moisture,total ash content and acid insoluble ash content of Guizhou Cucurbita moschata were determined according to the 2020 edition of Chinese pharmacopoeia.The effective components in the samples was identified by TLC.The stigmasterol in the samples was determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC-ELSD).Results The moisture content of Guizhou Cucurbita moschata ranged from 7.401%to 11.541%,the total ash content ranged from 3.142%to 4.277%,and the acid insoluble ash content ranged from 0.716%to 1.141%.The stigmasterol was detected by TLC.The HPLC-ELSD was employed to determine the content of stigmasterol in Cucurbita moschata for the first time.The results showed that the content ranged from 0.0361-0.1677 g/g.Conclusion The moisture,total ash,acid insoluble ash and the content of stigmasterol can provide reference for quality control of Cucurbita moschata.
