中医药促进腰椎间盘突出后重吸收作用的研究进展

摘　　要：腰椎间盘突出症已成为骨伤科的常见病和多发病,若得不到及时有效的治疗将对患者的工作生活产生不利影响。其治疗方法可分为保守治疗与手术治疗。近年来,脊柱微创技术日益成熟,一些症状较重的患者会直接选择手术治疗。事实上,大多数LDH患者经过规范化的保守治疗可以达到症状缓解或治愈的效果。中医学在保守治疗LDH方面发挥着不可替代的作用。随着腰椎间盘突出后重吸收现象的发现,也为保守治疗LDH提供了现实与理论依据。通过对腰椎间盘突出后重吸收现象相关文献的归纳分析,探讨影响腰椎间盘突出后重吸收的发生机制、相关因素及中医药疗法对腰椎间盘突出后重吸收的作用,为今后中医药治疗LDH提供理论参考,寻找LDH的最佳治疗思路。Lumbar disc herniation(LDH)has become a common and frequently-occurring disease in Orthopaedics and Trauma⁃tology.If it is not treated promptly and effectively,it will have adverse effects on the work and life of patients.For the treatment methods can be divided into conservative treatment and surgical treatment.In recent years,spinal minimally invasive techniques are becoming increasingly mature,some patients with severe symptoms will choose surgical treatment directly.In fact,most patients with LDH can achieve symptom relief or cure after standard conservative treatment.As a traditional Chinese medicine,traditional Chinese medicine plays an irreplaceable role in the conservative treatment of LDH.With the discovery of the phenomenon of reabsorption after lumbar disc herniation,it also provides a practical and theoretical basis for the conservative treatment of LDH.The purpose of this pa⁃per is to summarize and analyze the literature on the phenomenon of reabsorption after lumbar disc herniation,to explore the mecha⁃nism of reabsorption after lumbar disc herniation,the related factors and the effect of traditional Chinese medicine on reabsorption after lumbar disc herniation,so as to provide theoretical reference for the treatment of LDH with traditional Chinese medicine in the future,to search for the best treatment of LDH.
