海扶刀治疗宫颈柱状上皮外移的临床效果及对复发情况的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨海扶刀治疗宫颈柱状上皮外移的临床效果及对复发情况的影响。方法选取103例宫颈柱状上皮外移患者为研究对象,随机分为试验组(51例)和对照组(52例)。对照组采用冷冻治疗,试验组采用海扶刀治疗,比较两组的治疗效果、恢复时间及复发情况。结果试验组治疗总有效率为96.08%,高于对照组的73.08%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组的阴道排液、阴道流血时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组复发率为1.96%,低于对照组的13.46%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论海扶刀治疗宫颈柱状上皮外移临床效果显著,疗效较好,有助于降低复发率。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Haifu knife in treating cervical columnar epithelial extravasation and its impact on recurrence.Methods 103 patients with cervical columnar epithelial extravasation were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into an experimental group(51 cases)and a control group(52 cases).The control group received cryotherapy,while the experimental group received Haifu knife treatment.The treatment effect,recovery time,and recurrence rate of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 96.08%,which was higher than the control group's 73.08%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The vaginal discharge and bleeding time of the experimental group were shorter than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The recurrence rate of the experimental group was 1.96%,lower than the control group's 13.46%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Haifu knife has a significant clinical effect on the treatment of cervical columnar epithelial extravasation,with good therapeutic effect,which helps to reduce the recurrence rate.
