宫腹腔镜输卵管疏通术治疗输卵管堵塞致不孕症的疗效及对临床妊娠结局的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨宫腹腔镜输卵管疏通术治疗输卵管堵塞致不孕症的疗效及对临床妊娠结局的影响。方法选取本院收治的62例输卵管堵塞致不孕症患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,各31例。对照组采用宫腔镜输卵管疏通术治疗,治疗组采用宫腹腔镜输卵管疏通术治疗,比较两组的妊娠结局、术中相关指标及激素水平。结果治疗组出血量少于对照组,手术时间短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组血管紧张素Ⅱ、去甲肾上腺素水平低于对照组,雌二醇、黄体生成素、卵泡刺激素水平高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组宫内妊娠率高于对照组,异位妊娠率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论宫腹腔镜输卵管疏通术治疗输卵管堵塞致不孕症,可以改善激素水平,减少出血量,改善临床妊娠结局。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of laparoscopic tubal patency surgery on infertility caused by blocked fallopian tubes and its impact on clinical pregnancy outcomes.the efficacy of hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy in treating infertility caused by blocked fallopian tubes and its impact on clinical pregnancy outcomes.Methods 62 patients with infertility caused by blocked fallopian tubes admitted to our hospital were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 31 cases in each group.The control group received hysteroscopic tubal patency treatment,while the treatment group received hysteroscopic tubal patency treatmentThe control group received single laparoscopic treatment,while the treatment group received combined laparoscopic treatment.The pregnancy outcomes,intraoperative related indicators,and hormone levels of the two groups were compared.Results The bleeding volume in the treatment group was less than that in the control group,and the surgical time was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05);The levels of angiotensin IIand norepinephrine in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,while the levels of estradiol,luteinizing hormone,and follicle stimulating hormone were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);The intrauterine pregnancy rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,while the ectopic pregnancy rate was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic tubal patency surgery can improve hormone levels,reduce bleeding,and improve clinical pregnancy outcomes in the treatment of infertility caused by blocked fallopian tubesThe combined treatment of hysteroscopy and laparoscopy for infertility caused by blocked fallopian tubes can improve hormone levels,reduce bleeding,and improve clinical pregnancy outcomes.
