不同rhFSH在辅助生殖技术中的应用及妊娠影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的探讨不同rhFSH在辅助生殖技术中的应用价值及妊娠影响因素。方法选取50例接受辅助生殖技术的患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,各25例。对照组采取rhFSH治疗,研究组采取高纯度rhFSH治疗,比较两组的优质胚胎数、优质囊胚数及性激素水平,同时分析妊娠的影响因素。结果两组优质胚胎数、优质囊胚数比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);多因素分析结果显示,卵泡刺激素、雌二醇、孕酮、年龄、rhFSH是妊娠的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论不同rhFSH在辅助生殖技术中均有应用价值,可提高妊娠成功率、胚胎数及囊胚数,改善性激素水平,但需要注意的是,rhFSH治疗期间影响妊娠的因素较多,临床需重点加强高危人群管理,提高妊娠成功率。Objective To explore the application value and pregnancy influencing factors of different rhFSH in assisted reproductive technology.Methods 50 patients who received assisted reproductive technology were selected as the research subjects50 patients with assisted reproductive technology were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into two groups,each with 25 cases.The control group were treated with rhFSH,The study group were treated with high-purity rhFSH,The number of high-quality embryos,high-quality blastocysts,and sex hormone levels were compared between the two groups,and the influencing factors of pregnancy were analyzed.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the number of high-quality embryos and blastocysts between the two groups(P>0.05);The results of multivariate analysis showed that follicle stimulating hormone,estradiol,progesterone,age,and rhFSH were the influencing factors of pregnancy(P<0.05).Conclusion Different rhFSHs have application value in assisted reproductive technology,which can improve pregnancy success rate,number of embryos and blastocysts,and improve sex hormone levels.However,it should be noted that there are many factors that can affect pregnancy during rhFSH treatment,and clinical efforts should focus on strengthening the management of high-risk populations to improve pregnancy success rates.
