超导可视无痛人工流产的临床疗效及术后宫腔粘连的影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的探讨超导可视无痛人工流产的临床疗效,并分析人工流产术后宫腔粘连的影响因素。方法选取本院72例人工流产患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,各36例。对照组接受超导可视普通人工流产,研究组接受超导可视无痛人工流产,比较两组的手术相关指标及并发症发生情况,并对人工流产术后宫腔粘连的影响因素进行分析。结果两组手术时间、术中出血量、术后出血停止时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),宫腔粘连、流产不全发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);多因素回归分析结果显示,孕次、吸宫时负压、吸宫时间、宫腔操作次数、合并盆腔炎是人工流产患者术后宫腔粘连的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论超导可视无痛人工流产的临床疗效与超导可视普通人工流产相当,孕次、吸宫时负压、吸宫时间、宫腔操作次数、合并盆腔炎是人工流产患者术后宫腔粘连的影响因素。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of superconductive visual painless induced abortion and analyzing the influencing factors of uterine adhesions after induced abortion.Methods 72 patients with induced abortion in our hospital were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into two groups,with 36 cases in each group.The control group received superconductive visual ordinary induced abortion,while the study group received superconductive visual painless induced abortion.The surgical related indicators and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups,and the influencing factors of uterine adhesions after induced abortion were analyzed.Results There was no statistically significant difference in surgical time,intraoperative bleeding volume,and postoperative bleeding cessation time between the two groups(P>0.05),and there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of uterine adhesions and incomplete abortion(P>0.05);The results of multiple regression analysis showed that pregnancy frequency,negative pressure during suction,suction time,number of uterine procedures,and concurrent pelvic inflammatory disease were the influencing factors for postoperative uterine adhesions in patients with induced abortion(P<o.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of superconductive visual painless artificial abortion is comparable to that of superconductive visual ordinary artificial abortion.Pregnancy,negative pressure during suction,suction time,number of uterine procedures,and concurrent pelvic inflammatory disease are the influencing factors of postoperative uterine adhesions in patients undergoing artificial abortion.
