单胎妊娠晚期胎死宫内的病因分析与预防策略

摘　　要：目的分析单胎妊娠晚期胎死宫内的病因,并在此基础上提出有效的预防和干预策略。方法选取本院62例单胎妊娠晚期胎死宫内孕妇为研究对象,收集孕妇及胎儿的一般资料,采用单因素、多因素分析单胎妊娠晚期胎死宫内的影响因素。结果多因素分析结果显示,妊娠期高血压疾病、妊娠期糖尿病、胎盘异常、胎儿生长受限、羊水异常是单胎妊娠晚期胎死宫内的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论单胎妊娠晚期胎死宫内的影响因素复杂,其预防和管理需要综合评估,包括早期筛查和诊断、针对性干预及持续孕期监护等。Objective To analyze the etiology of intrauterine fetal death in late single pregnancy and propose effective prevention and intervention strategies based on this.Methods 62 cases of late stage fetal death in single pregnancies in our hospital were selected as the study subjects.Collect general information on pregnant women and fetuses,and use univariate and multivariate analysis to investigate the influencing factors of intrauterine fetal death in late single pregnancy.Results Multivariate analysis showed that pregnancy induced hypertension,pregnancy induced diabetes,placental abnormalities^fetal growth restriction,and amnio tic fluid abnormalities were the influencing factors of fetal death in late singleton pregnancy(P<0.05).Conclusion The influencing factors of intrauterine fetal death in late single pregnancy are complex,and its prevention and management require comprehensive evaluation,including early screening and diagnosis,targeted intervention,and continuous pregnancy monitoring.
