穴位贴敷结合补肾宁心法治疗排卵障碍性不孕症患者的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的探究穴位贴敷结合补肾宁心法治疗排卵障碍性不孕症患者的临床效果。方法选取70例排卵障碍性不孕症患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(35例,常规治疗+穴位贴敷)与治疗组(35例,常规治疗+穴位贴敷结合补肾宁心法)。对比两组治疗效果、性激素水平。结果治疗组总有效率为97.14%,较对照组的80.00%更高(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组孕酮(P)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)水平分别为(10.08±2.36)nmol/L、(6.99±1.29)IU/L,较对照组的(8.39±1.28)nmol/L、(6.21±1.27)IU/L更高,LH水平为(5.57±0.81)IU/L,较对照组的(7.63±0.96)IU/L更低(P<0.05)。结论在排卵障碍性不孕症患者中应用穴位贴敷结合补肾宁心法进行治疗,可有效提高妊娠率,改善患者体内性激素水平,值得临床应用。Objective To exploring the clinical effect of acupoint application combined with tonifying the kidney and calming the heart method in the treatment of patients with ovulatory dysfunction infertility.Methods 70 patients with ovulatory dysfunction infertility were selected and randomly divided into a control group(35 cases,conventional treatment+acupoint application)and a treatment group(35 cases,conventional treatment+acupoint application combined with tonifying the kidney and calming the heart method)using a random number table method.Compare the treatment effects and sex hormone levels between two groups.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.14%,which was higher than the 80.00%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of progesterone(P)and follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)in the treatment group were(10.08±2.36)nmol/L and(6.99±1.29)IU/L,respectively,higher than those in the control group(8.39±1.28)nmol/L and(6.21±1.27)IU/L,and LH levels were(5.57±0.81)IU/L,lower than those in the control group(7.63±0.96)IU/L(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of acupoint application combined with tonifying the kidney and calming the heart method in patients with ovulation disorders infertility can effectively increase pregnancy rates and improve the levels of sex hormones in the patient's body,which is worthy of clinical application.
