摘　　要：目的分析短效避孕药联合医用透明质酸钠凝胶对人工流产术后宫腔粘连预防及恢复的影响。方法选取本院208例人工流产术后患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为两组,各104例。对照组接受雌孕激素序贯治疗,试验组接受短效避孕药联合医用透明质酸钠凝胶治疗,比较两组的宫腔粘连发生率、宫腔积液发生率、症状改善情况、性激素水平及术后恢复指标。结果试验组宫腔粘连、宫腔积液发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组阴道出血时间短于对照组、术后14d月经伴随症状量表评分低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组术后14d卵泡刺激素、黄体生成素和雌二醇水平高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组月经来潮时间短于对照组,术后14d血清人绒毛膜促性腺激素水平低于对照组、子宫内膜厚度大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论短效避孕药联合医用透明质酸钠凝胶应用于人工流产术后,可降低宫腔粘连发生率,促进术后恢复。Objective To analyze the effect of short acting contraceptives combined with medical sodium hyaluronate gel on the prevention and recovery of intrauterine adhesion after induced abortion.Methods 208 patients who underwent induced abortion in our hospital were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 104 cases in each group.The control group received the sequential treatment of estrogen and progesterone,and the test group received the treatment of short acting contraceptives combined with medical sodium hyaluronate gel.The incidence of intrauterine adhesions,the incidence of intrauterine effusion,the improvement of symptoms,the level of sex hormones and postoperative recovery indicators were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of intrauterine adhesions and intrauterine fluid accumulation in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<o.05);The duration of vaginal bleeding in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group,and the score of the menstrual symptom scale 14 days after surgery was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);The levels of follicle stimulating hormone,luteinizing hormone,and estradiol in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group 14 days after surgery(P<0.05);The menstrual period in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group,and the serum level of human chorionic gonadotropin was lower than that in the control group 14 days after surgery,and the endometrial thickness was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Short acting contraceptives combined with medical sodium hyaluronate gel can reduce the incidence of intrauterine adhesion and promote postoperative recovery after artificial abortion.
