阿托西班联合利托君治疗高龄先兆早产孕妇的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析阿托西班联合利托君治疗高龄先兆早产孕妇的临床效果。方法选取95例高龄先兆早产孕妇,根据双盲法分为对照组(47例)与研究组(48例)。对照组采取利托君治疗,研究组采取阿托西班联合利托君治疗。比较两组相关临床指标与血清相关因子表达水平。结果研究组孕妇宫缩抑制时间、孕周延长时间长于对照组(P<0.05),研究组新生儿出生体质量(3.58±0.34)kg高于对照组的(3.12±0.15)kg,Apgar评分(9.79±1.64)分高于对照组的(9.04±1.27)分(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后血清一氧化氮、基质金属蛋白酶抑制剂水平明显高于对照组,前列腺素E2、白细胞介素-8水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论阿托西班联合利托君治疗高龄先兆早产孕妇保胎效果显著,可优化妊娠结局。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of atosiban combined with Ritodrine in the treatment of elderly pregnant women with threatened preterm birth.Methods 95 elderly pregnant women with threatened preterm birth were divided into control group(47 cases)and study group(48 cases)according to double-blind method.The control group was treated with ritodrine,and the study group was treated with atosiban combined with ritodrine.The expression levels of related clinical indicators and serum related factors were compared between the two groups.Results The time of uterine contraction inhibition and prolongation of gestational week in the study group were longer than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the birth weight of newborns in the study group(3.58±0.34)kg was higher than that in the control group(3.12±0.15)kg.The Apgar score(9.79±1.64)was higher than that of the control group(9.04±1.27)(,<0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of nitric oxide and matrix metalloproteinase inhibitor in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the levels of prostaglandin E2 and interleukin-8 in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Atosiban combined with ritodrine in the treatment of elderly pregnant women with threatened preterm birth has a remarkable effect on fetal preservation,which can optimize the pregnancy outcome.
