针灸治疗原发性痛经的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨针灸治疗原发性痛经的临床效果。方法选取本院90例原发性痛经患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,各45例。对照组采用痛经宁颗粒治疗,试验组在对照组基础上采用针灸治疗,比较两组的痛经情况、糖类抗原125水平、子宫血流动力学指标及治疗效果。结果治疗后,试验组COX痛经症状量表评分、糖类抗原125水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,试验组最大血流速度大于对照组,搏动指数、阻力指数小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗总有效率为95.56%,高于对照组的68.89%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对原发性痛经患者施以针灸治疗,可以积极改善痛经症状及子宫血流动力学指标,提高治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on primary dysmenorrhea.Methods 90 patients with primary dysmenorrhea in our hospital were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into two groups,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Tongjingning granule,and the experimental group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion on the basis of the control groupthe test group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion.The dysmenorrhea situation,the level of carbohydrate antigen 125,uterine hemodynamic indexes and treatment effect of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the Cox dysmenorrhea symptom scale score and carbohydrate antigen 125 level in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment,the maximum blood flow velocity in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,while the pulsatile index and resistance index were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);The total effective rate of the experimental group was 95.56%,which was higher than the control group's 68.89%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion therapy for primary dysmenorrhea patients can actively improve the symptoms of dysmenorrhea and uterine hemodynamic indicators,and improve the treatment effect,which is worthy of clinical application.
