经腹部联合经阴道超声诊断异位妊娠的临床价值

摘　　要：目的探讨经腹部联合经阴道超声诊断异位妊娠的临床价值。方法选取本院92例疑似异位妊娠患者为研究对象,均进行经腹部超声检查、经阴道超声检查,以手术病理结果为金标准,比较不同检查方法的诊断效能。结果经腹部联合经阴道超声检查诊断异位妊娠的敏感度为81.58%、特异度为96.30%、准确度为90.22%,高于经腹部超声检查的60.53%、42.59%、50.00%及经阴道超声检查的52.63%、44.44%、47.83%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经腹部联合经阴道超声诊断异位妊娠的价值较高,值得推广。Objective To explore the clinical value of transabdominal combined with transvaginal ultrasound in diagnosing ectopic pregnancy.Methods 92 suspected ectopic pregnancy patients in our hospital were selected as the research subjects,all of whom underwent transabdominal ultrasound examination and transvaginal ultrasound examination.The diagnostic efficacy of different examination methods was compared based on the surgical pathological results as the gold standard.Results The sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy of transabdominal and transvaginal ultrasound in diagnosing ectopic pregnancy were 81.58%,96.30%,and 90.22%,respectively,which were higher than those of transabdominal ultrasound(60.53%,42.59%,50.00%)and transvaginal ultrasound(52.63%,44.44%,and 47.83%),with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The value of combined transabdominal and transvaginal ultrasound in diagnosing ectopic pregnancy is high and worthy of promotion.
