摘　　要：目的 探讨TORCH检测在孕前育龄期女性优生优育中的应用效果。方法 选取本院300例婚前、300例孕前育龄期女性为研究对象,均进行TORCH检测,比较相关抗体检测结果。结果 孕前检查巨细胞病毒IgM、单纯疱疹病毒Ⅰ型IgM、单纯疱疹病毒Ⅱ型IgM阳性率均低于婚前检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);孕前检查TORCH检测风疹病毒IgG、巨细胞病毒IgG、单纯疱疹病毒Ⅰ型IgG阳性率高于婚前检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 TORCH检测在孕前育龄期女性优生优育中应用效果显著,能够有效提高优生优育整体水平,值得推广。Objective To explore the application effect of TORCH detection in prenatal and reproductive age women's eugenics.Methods 300premarital and 300 pregnant women of childbearing age in our hospital were selected as the research subjects,all of whom underwent TORCH testing,and the results of relevant antibody testing were compared.Results The positive rates of cytomegalovirus IgM,herpes simplex virus type Ⅰ IgM,and herpes simplex virus type Ⅱ IgM before pregnancy were lower than before marriage,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The positive rates of rubella virus IgG,cytomegalovirus IgG,and herpes simplex virus type Ⅰ IgG before pregnancy were higher than before marriage,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion TORCH testing has a significant effect on the application of prenatal and reproductive age women's eugenics,which can effectively improve the overall level of eugenics and is worth promoting.
