全程优质护理服务模式在妇科腹腔镜手术中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨全程优质护理服务模式在妇科腹腔镜手术中的应用效果。方法选取本院112例妇科腹腔镜手术患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,各56例。对照组接受常规护理服务模式,观察组接受全程优质护理服务模式,比较两组的疼痛程度、负性情绪、临床相关指标、不良反应及护理满意度。结果护理后,观察组视觉模拟评分法、汉密尔顿焦虑量表及汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组肠鸣音消失时间、排气时间、下床活动时间、住院时长短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为3.57%,低于对照组的12.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为94.64%,高于对照组的78.57%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全程优质护理服务模式在妇科腹腔镜手术中的应用效果显著,能改善临床相关指标、负性情绪及疼痛程度,降低不良反应发生率,提高护理满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of a high-quality nursing service model throughout the entire process in gynecological laparoscopic surgery.Methods 112 patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery in our hospital were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into two groups,with 56 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing service mode,while the observation group received high-quality nursing service mode throughout the process.The pain level,negative emotions,clinical related indicators,adverse reactions,and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing care,the observation group had significantly lower scores on the visual analogue scale,hamilton anxiety scale,and hamilton depression scale compared to the control group(P<0.05);The observation group had statistically significant differences in the disappearance time of bowel sounds,exhaust time,time for getting out of bed activities,and length of hospital stay compared to the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 3.57%,lower than the control group's 12.50%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 94.64%,which was higher than that of the control group’s 78.57%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of the high-quality nursing service model throughout the process in gynecological laparoscopic surgery is significant,which can improve clinical related indicators,negative emotions and pain levels,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and improve nursing satisfaction.
