优化急诊护理在急诊宫外孕患者接诊过程中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的探讨优化急诊护理在急诊宫外孕患者接诊过程中的应用效果。方法选取本院40例急诊宫外孕患者为研究对象,按照组间数据均衡可比原则分为两组,各20例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受优化急诊护理,比较两组的临床指标、焦虑程度及护理满意度。结果观察组失血量少于对照组,急救时间、急诊室停留时间短于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,观察组焦虑自评量表评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为95.00%,高于对照组的65.00%(P<0.05)。结论优化急诊护理在急诊宫外孕患者接诊过程中的应用效果显著,能降低失血量,缩短抢救时间、急诊室停留时间,提高患者护理满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of optimizing emergency nursing in the reception process of emergency ectopic pregnancy patients.Methods 40 patients with emergency ectopic pregnancy in our hospital were selected as the research subjects,and were divided into two groups according to the principle of balanced and comparable data between groups,with 20 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received optimized emergency care.The clinical indicators,anxiety level,and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The blood loss in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the first aid time and emergency room stay time were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05);After nursing,the self rating anxiety scale score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than the 65.00%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of optimizing emergency nursing in emergency ectopic pregnancy patients is significant,which can reduce blood loss,shorten rescue time and emergency room stay time,and improve patient nursing satisfaction,
