CO_(2)点阵激光治疗阴道松弛症的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨二氧化碳(CO_(2))点阵激光治疗阴道松弛症的临床效果。方法回顾性分析接收CO_(2)点阵激光的278例阴道松弛症的临床资料。根据患者的治疗时间不同分成短期治疗组(201例,治疗≤3个月)与长期治疗组(77例,治疗>3个月)。对比两组患者的阴道松弛度、阴道口直径与性生活满意度。结果短期治疗组患者的阴道松弛度、阴道口直径与性生活满意度分别为87.06%、61.19%、59.70%;长期治疗组患者的阴道松弛度、阴道口直径与性生活满意度分别为51.95%、90.91%、92.21%。两组患者的阴道松弛度、阴道口直径、性生活满意度比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阴道松弛症患者采取CO_(2)点阵激光治疗方式,无论是短期还是长期治疗均可取得一定效果,可改善阴道松弛程度,缩小阴道口,提高性生活满意度,其中长期治疗效果相对而言更好。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of carbon dioxide(CO_(2))dot matrix laser in the treatment of vaginal relaxation.Methods The clinical data of 278 cases of vaginal relaxation received CO_(2)dot matrix laser were retrospectively analyzed.Patients were divided into short-term treatment group(201 cases,treatment<3 months)and long-term treatment group(77 cases,treatment〉3 months)according to different treatment time.Vaginal relaxation,vaginal opening diameter and sexual satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results In the short-term treatment group,the vaginal relaxation,vaginal opening diameter and sexual satisfaction were 87.06%,61.19%and 59.70%,respectively.In the long-term treatment group,the vaginal relaxation,vaginal opening diameter and sexual satisfaction were 51.95%,90.91%and 92.21%,respectively.There were statistically significant differences in vaginal relaxation,vaginal opening diameter and sexual satisfaction between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Vaginal relaxation patients to take CO_(2)dot matrix laser treatment,whether short-term or long-term treatment can achieve a certain effect,can improve the degree of vaginal relaxation,reduce the vaginal opening,improve sexual satisfaction,which long-term treatment effect is relatively better.
