浅谈“补肾化痰”法在治疗青春期多囊卵巢综合征中的应用进展

摘　　要：多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)是女性临床易出现的一种复杂的内分泌及代谢异常所致的临床症候群。多囊卵巢综合征多于青春期起病,近年来的研究报告认为青春期多囊卵巢综合征患者的健康相关生活质量低下,给日常生活带来困扰。青春期多囊卵巢综合征患者50%~75%伴有体形肥胖。中医学认为肾中精气亏虚,痰湿停积水蕴是其主要病机。现代医学认为胰岛素抵抗、高雄激素血症、慢性炎症等是其病理本质。把握补肾化痰法的功效特点,旨在发挥改善胰岛素抵抗、降低雄激素、抗炎等作用。故本文从青春期多囊卵巢综合征的中医认识与现代医学认识出发,对补肾化痰法在青春期多囊卵巢综合征的近年诊治现况归纳总结,以期为青春期多囊卵巢综合征的临床治疗提供诊疗新思路。Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)is a complex clinical syndrome caused by endocrine and metabolic abnormalities in women.The onset of PCOS occurs more often in adolescence,and recent studies have reported that adolescent PCOS patients have a poor health-related quality of life,which can cause problems in daily life.50%to 75%of adolescent patients with PCOS are associated with body size obesity.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the kidney qi deficiency,phlegm dampness to stop the accumulation of water is its main pathogenesis.Modem medicine believes that insulin resistance,hyperandrogenemia and chronic inflammation are its pathological nature.Grasp the function characteristics of tonifying kidney and eliminating phlegm,aiming at improving insulin resistance,reducing androgen,anti-inflammatory and so on.Therefore,based on the understanding of traditional Chinese medicine and modem medicine of adolescent polycystic ovary syndrome,this article summarizes the current status of the treatment of adolescent polycystic ovary syndrome by tonifying kidney and eliminating phlegm in recent years,in order to provide new diagnosis and treatment ideas for the clinical treatment of adolescent polycystic ovary syndrome.
