牡丹散加减联合耳穴埋籽治疗青春期原发性痛经的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨牡丹散加减联合耳穴埋籽治疗青春期原发性痛经的临床疗效。方法选取60例青春期原发性痛经患者,根据随机数字表法分为治疗组与对照组,各30例。治疗组采用牡丹散加减联合耳穴埋籽治疗,对照组采用牡丹散加减治疗。治疗结束后,根据患者的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、COX痛经症状评分量表(CMSS)及痛经中医证候积分评估痛经缓解程度,并比较两组的临床疗效。结果治疗后治疗组患者VAS评分、COX评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组的中医证候积分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗总有效率90.00%明显高于对照组的66.67%(P<0.05)。结论牡丹散加减联合耳穴埋籽可更好缓解青春期原发性痛经患者的痛经程度,并改善其伴随症状。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Mudansan combined with seed embedding in auricular point in the treatment of adolescent primary dysmenorrhea.Methods 60 adolescent patients with primary dysmenorrhea were selected and divided into treatment group and control group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Mudansan combined with auricular point embedding seed,and the control group was treated with Mudansan.After treatment,visual analogue scale(VAS),COX dysmenorrhea Symptom Scale(CMSS)and TCM syndrome score of dysmenorrhea were used to evaluate the degree of dysmenorrhea relief,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,VAS scores and COX scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of 90.00%in the treatment group was significantly higher than 66.67%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Mudansan combined with ear buried seeds can better relieve the degree of dysmenorrhea and improve the accompanying symptoms of adolescent patients with primary dysmenorrhea.
