中药口服联合热奄包外敷治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的 观察中药口服联合热奄包外敷治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症(SPID)的临床疗效。方法 选取60例SPID患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组30例。对照组予以常规西药盐酸克林霉素棕榈酸酯分散片口服治疗,研究组予以中药口服配合热奄包外敷治疗。比较两组的临床疗效。结果 研究组患者治疗总有效率96.67%明显高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)。治疗后研究组的腰骶痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分及盆腔积液深度均低于对照组(P<0.05)。随访3个月,研究组复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 中药口服联合热奄包外敷治疗SPID患者具有良好的临床疗效,可减少SPID的复发。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of oral administration of Chinese medicine combined with external application of hot herb packs on the sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease(SPID)of damp-heat stasis type.Methods 60 patients with SPID were selected and divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with clindamycin hydrochloride phosphate tablet,while the study group was treated with Chinese medicine combined with hot bales.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of 96.67%in the study group was significantly higher than 80.00%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the visual analogue scale(VAS)scores and pelvic effusion depth of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of follow-up,the recurrence rate of study group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of oral Chinese Medicine and hot herb packs has good clinical efficacy for SPID of damp-heat stasis type,which is helpful for reducing the recurrence of SPID.
