宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉切除术后采取自拟化瘀消癥益膜方联合地屈孕酮对减少复发率的效果观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉切除术后采取自拟化瘀消癥益膜方联合地屈孕酮对减少复发率的效果。方法 选取60例宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉切除术治疗的血瘀证患者,采取随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组30例。对照组术后使用地屈孕酮干预,研究组术后使用自拟化瘀消癥益膜方联合地屈孕酮干预。对比两组子宫内膜厚度、治疗效果及复发率。结果 研究组治疗3个月、6个月后子宫内膜厚度比对照组薄(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率96.67%比对照组的80.00%高(P<0.05)。研究组治疗3个月、6个月后复发率比对照组低(P<0.05)。结论 在宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉切除术后对患者实施自拟化瘀消癥益膜方联合地屈孕酮干预可获得良好效果,可在一定程度上避免疾病复发。Objective To observe the effect of self-made Huayuxiaozheng Yimofang combined with dydrogesterone on reducing the recurrence rate after hysteroscopic resection of endometrial polyps.Methods 60 patients with blood stasis syndrome treated with hysteroscopic endometrial polyp resection were divided into control group and study group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with dydrogesterone after operation,and the study group was treated with self-made Huayuxiaozheng Yimofang combined with dydrogesterone after operation.Endometrial thickness,treatment effect and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results The endometrial thickness of the study group was thinner than that of the control group after 3 and 6 months of treatment(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 96.67%higher than that of the control group 80.00%(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the study group after 3 months and 6 months was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion After hysteroscopic resection of endometrial polyps,the intervention of self-made Huayuxiaozheng Yimofang combined with dydrogesterone can achieve good results,which can avoid disease recurrence to a certain extent.
