戊酸雌二醇片联合黄体酮胶囊治疗围绝经期异常出血的临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究围绝经期异常出血患者使用戊酸雌二醇片联合黄体酮胶囊治疗的临床效果。方法选取78例围绝经期异常出血患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与试验组,各39例。对照组采用黄体酮胶囊治疗,试验组采用黄体酮胶囊联合戊酸雌二醇片治疗。比较两组临床疗效。结果试验组治疗总有效率(79.49%)高于对照组(54.41%)(P<0.05)。治疗后试验组患者血红蛋白水平高于对照组,子宫内膜厚度指标薄于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后试验组患者雌二醇(E_(2))水平较对照组高,卵泡刺激素(FSH)水平较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论戊酸雌二醇片联合黄体酮胶囊治疗围绝经期异常出血的疗效确切,可提高患者血红蛋白水平,改善子宫内膜厚度及性激素水平,值得临床应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of estradiol valerate tablets combined with progesterone capsules in the treatment of perimenopausal patients with abnormal bleeding.Methods 78 patients with abnormal perimenopausal bleeding were selected and divided into control group and experimental group(39 cases each)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with progesterone capsules,and the experimental group was treated with progesterone capsules combined with estradiol valerate tablets.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of experimental group(79.49%)was higher than that of control group(54.41%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the hemoglobin level of experimental group was higher than that of control group,and the endometrial thickness index was thinner than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the estradiol(E_(2))level of experimental group was higher than that of control group,and the follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)level was lower than that of control group(,<0.05).Conclusion Estradiol valerate tablets combined with progesterone capsules are effective in the treatment of abnormal perimenopausal bleeding,and can improve the hemoglobin level,endometrial thickness and sex hormone level,which is worthy of clinical application.
