摘 要:目的 分析细菌性阴道炎(BV)患者生殖道分泌物细菌培养结果。方法 选取198例BV患者,采集患者生殖道分泌物标本常规进行细菌培养,同时开展药敏试验,统计致病菌分布及耐药情况。结果 198例患者送检标本共分离出382株致病菌,其中234株(61.26%)属于革兰阳性菌,另外148株(38.74%)属于革兰阴性菌;主要革兰阳性菌(金黄色葡萄球菌及凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌)对青霉素、四环素表现出高耐药特征,对万古霉素并无耐药性;主要革兰阴性菌(大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯菌)对氨苄西林、复方新诺明有着较高耐药性,而对美洛培南、头孢他啶比较敏感。结论 革兰阳性菌是诱发BV的主要致病菌,为保障疗效,临床需结合细菌培养数据及药敏试验结果科学选用抗生素。Objective To analyze the Bacterial culture results of genital tract secretions in bacterial vaginosis(BV)patients.Methods 198 BV patients were selected to collect genital tract secretions for bacterial culture,and drug susceptibility test was carried out to analyze the distribution and drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria.Results A total of 382 pathogenic bacteria were isolated from 198 patients,of which 234(61.26%)were gram-positive bacteria and 148(38.74%)were gram-negative bacteria.The main gram-positive bacteria(Staphylococcus aureus and coagulase negative staphylococcus)showed high resistance to penicillin and tetracycline,but had no resistance to vancomycin.The main gram-negative bacteria(Escherichia coli,Klebsiella pneumoniae)had high resistance to ampicillin and co-sulfamethoxazole,but were more sensitive to meropenem and ceftazidime.Conclusion Gram-positive bacteria are the main pathogenic bacteria inducing BV.In order to guarantee the curative effect,antibiotics should be selected scientifically in combination with bacterial culture data and drug susceptibility test results.
