连贯性护理健康教育对慢性宫颈炎患者心理状态和治疗效果的影响研究

摘　　要：目的 评估连贯性护理健康教育在慢性宫颈炎患者中对临床治疗效果和心理状态的影响。方法 选取80例慢性宫颈炎患者,按照患者入院就诊先后顺序将其分为对照组与观察组,每组40例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用连贯性护理健康教育。比较两组护理效果。结果 观察组患者风险防范、持续干预、护患沟通评分与健康知识掌握评分及治疗依从性均高于对照组,护理后焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 对慢性宫颈炎患者进行连贯性护理健康教育有助于提高疾病认知度,缓解负性心理,提升治疗依从性。Objective To evaluate the effect of continuous nursing health education on clinical treatment and psychological status in patients with chronic cervicitis.Methods 80 patients with chronic cervicitis were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the order of admission,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,the observation group received continuous nursing health education.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The scores of risk prevention,continuous intervention,nurse-patient communication,health knowledge mastery and treatment compliance in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the scores of post-care anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing health education for patients with chronic cervicitis is helpful to improve disease awareness,relieve negative psychology and improve treatment compliance.
