围手术期优质护理对腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术患者术后康复效果的影响研究

摘　　要：目的研究围手术期优质护理对腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术患者术后康复效果的影响。方法选取50例行腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组25例。对照组实施常规围手术期护理,观察组实施围手术期优质护理。比较两组患者手术相关指标和术后康复效果。结果观察组患者手术时间、术后首次排气时间及住院时间均明显短于对照组,术中出血量明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者术后并发症发生率为4.00%,显著低于对照组的24.00%(P<0.05)。干预后观察组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论围手术期优质护理在腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术患者中具有显著效果,值得临床推广。Objective To study the effect of perioperative quality nursing on postoperative rehabilitation of patients undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy.Methods 50 patients undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 25 cases in each group.The control group received routine perioperative nursing,and the observation group received perioperative quality nursing.The operative indexes and postoperative rehabilitation effects were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time,the first postoperative exhaust time and the hospital stay in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss was significantly less than that in the control group(i7<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 4.00%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group 24.00%(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Perioperative high quality nursing in laparoscopic myomectomy patients has a remarkable effect,worthy of clinical promotion.
