基于风险评估的预警性护理在腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剥除术患者手术室护理中的应用效果研究

摘　　要：目的研究基于风险评估的预警性护理在腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剥除术患者手术室护理中的应用效果。方法选取72例接受腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剥除术治疗患者,根据随机数字表法分为两组,每组36例。两组均行常规手术室护理,观察组另行基于风险评估的预警性护理。对比两组患者护理效果。结果观察组术毕体温和心率指标均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组手术时间、首次下床活动时间及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率2.78%低于对照组的19.44%(P<0.05)。结论对腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剥除术患者手术室护理风险开展评估,以此为基础构建预警性护理,能够有效提升护理质量,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To study the effect of early warning nursing based on risk assessment in operating room nursing of patients undergoing laparoscopic hysteromyoma removal.Methods 72 patients undergoing laparoscopic hysteromyoma removal were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 36 cases in each group.Both groups received routine operating room nursings and the observation group received additional early warning nursing based on risk assessment.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The body temperature and heart rate indexes of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The operation time,the first time of getting out of bed and the length of stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of observation group was 2.78%lower than that of control group(19.44%)(P<0.05).Conclusion To evaluate the risk of nursing in the operating room of laparoscopic myomectomy,and to construct early warning nursing on this basis,can effectively improve the quality of nursing,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
