摘　　要：目的:探讨鸟巢护理体位结合听觉干预对缓解新生儿机械通气时气道内吸引疼痛的效果。方法:选取2020年3月至2022年10月郑州大学附属儿童医院收治的行机械通气时气道内吸引新生儿98例,根据随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,各49例。对照组给予常规镇痛措施,观察组在对照组基础上给予鸟巢护理体位结合听觉干预。比较两组新生儿心率、血氧饱和度、疼痛情况、家长满意度。结果:机械通气干预3 d后,两组新生儿心率、血氧饱和度均高于机械通气时;但观察组心率低于对照组,血氧饱和度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。机械通气干预3 d后,两组新生儿早产儿疼痛量表(PIPP)评分均低于机械通气时,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组新生儿家长总满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:鸟巢护理体位结合听觉干预对缓解新生儿机械通气时气道内吸引疼痛效果明显,可明显改善新生儿心率和血氧饱和度水平,新生儿家属满意度较高。Objective To explore the effect of bird's nest nursing position combined with auditory intervention on relieving the pain of airway suction during mechanical ventilation of newborns.Methods A total of 98 neonates with airway suction during mechanical ventilation treated in Zhengzhou University Affiliated Children's Hospital from March 2020 to October 2022 were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group according to random number table method,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was given routine analgesia,and the observation group was given bird's nest nursing position combined with auditory intervention.Neonatal heart rate,blood oxygen saturation,pain and parental satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After 3 days of mechanical ventilation intervention,the heart rate and blood oxygen saturation of neonates in the two groups were higher than those in mechanical ventilation.However,the heart rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the blood oxygen saturation was higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After 3 days of mechanical ventilation intervention,premature infant pain profile scores of newborns in the two groups were lower than those in mechanical ventilation,and the observation group was lower than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of newborn parents in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The bird's nest nursing position combined with auditory intervention has an obvious effect on relieving the pain of airway suction during mechanical ventilation of newborns,and can significantly improve the level of newborn heart rate and blood oxygen saturation,and the satisfaction of newborn families is high.
