摘 要:目的:基于高频超声对育龄女性乳腺疾病患病情况及其相关危险因素进行分析。方法:选取2022年1—12月于北京水利医院体检中心进行乳腺高频超声检查的873名女性为研究对象,收集研究对象年龄、月经情况、身体质量指数(BMI)、学历、产次、家族史、高频超声检查结果等资料,分析乳腺疾病患病情况及其影响因素。结果:873名女性中,515名患有乳腺疾病,患病率为58.99%,其中以乳腺增生患病率最高,达25.89%,乳腺囊肿及乳腺低回声结节患病率次之,分别为14.67%、12.48%。乳腺增生及乳腺囊肿均以≤30岁女性患病率最高,且随着年龄的增长,其患病率总体呈下降趋势;乳腺低回声结节以51~60岁女性患病率最高,且随着年龄的增长,其患病率总体呈上升趋势;乳腺局部导管扩张、乳腺癌及乳腺结节伴钙化以41~50岁女性患病率最高,且随着年龄的增长,其患病率呈先升高后降低趋势。单因素分析结果显示,患有乳腺疾病的研究对象年龄<55岁、绝经≥24kg/m^(2)、高中及以上学历、产次≥2次、有家族史的比例明显高于未患病者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,年龄<55岁、绝经、BMI≥24kg/m^(2)、有家族史是乳腺疾病患病的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论:女性乳腺疾病患病率较高,且年龄、月经情况、BMI及有无家族史与乳腺疾病的患病情况密切相关。Objective Based on high-frequency ultrasound,the prevalence of breast diseases and related risk factors in women of childbearing age were analyzed.Methods From January to December 2022,873 women who underwent high-frequency ultrasound examination of the breast in the physical examination center of the physical examination center of Beijing Water Resources Hospital were selected as the research objects.The age,menstrual status,BMI,educational background,parity,family history,high-frequency ultrasound examination results and other data were collected to analyze the prevalence of breast diseases and their related influencing factors.Results Among the 873 women,515 had breast diseases,with a prevalence of 58.99%.Among them,the prevalence of breast hyperplasia was the highest,reaching 25.89%,followed by breast cysts and breast hypoechoic nodules,which were 14.67%and 12.48%,respectively.The prevalence of breast hyperplasia and breast cysts was the highest in women aged≤30 years,and the prevalence decreased with age.The prevalence of breast hypoechoic nodules was the highest in women aged 51-60 years,and the prevalence of breast hypoechoic nodules increased with age.The prevalence of breast local ductal dilatation,breast cancer and breast nodules with calcification was the highest in women aged 41-50 years,and with the increase of age,the prevalence increased first and then decreased.The results of single factor analysis showed that the proportion of age<55 years old,menopause,BMI≥24 kg/m^(2),high school education or above,parity≥2 times and family history of the subjects with breast disease was significantly higher than that of the subjects without breast disease,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that age<55 years old,menopause,BMI≥24 kg/m^(2),and family history were independent risk factors for breast disease(P<0.05).Conclusions The prevalence of breast diseases in women is high,and age,menstruation,BMI and family history ar
