摘 要:目的评估乐至县沉螺池预防钉螺扩散的效果,为山丘型血吸虫病流行区设计建设沉螺池提供科学依据。方法选择乐至县劳动镇七门村的沉螺池为研究现场,2022年10月调查沉螺池上游历史有螺环境和毗邻环境钉螺分布情况。抽取沉螺池内一定比例的淤泥,淘洗鉴别钉螺和其他螺类。调查沉螺池下游沟渠及周边毗邻环境钉螺扩散情况。结果调查沉螺池上游环境8165.50 m^(2);调查框数153,有螺框数23;捕获钉螺93只,钉螺密度0.61只/0.11 m^(2);未发现阳性钉螺。沉螺池淤泥淘洗发现钉螺14只,全部为死螺;发现其他螺类643只,其中活螺12只,死螺631只。调查沉螺池下游沟渠及毗邻田地等周边环境3980.00 m^(2),调查框数70,未发现钉螺。结论乐至县血防沉螺池沉降钉螺和预防钉螺扩散的效果是肯定的。建议探索山丘地区沉螺池设计方案,统筹渠道建设中沉螺池产生的综合效益;定期清淤,将出水口和进水口附近淤泥堆积于最下层,防止钉螺扩散。Objective To evaluate the effect of the snail settling pool on the prevention of snail spread in Lezhi County,so as to provide scientific basis for the design and construction of snail sedimentation pond in hilly schistosomiasis area.Methods The snail settling pool in Qimen Village,Labor Town,Lezhi County was selected as the research site.The distribution of oncomelania snails in the historical and adjacent environments upstream of the snail settling pool was investigated in October 2022.A certain proportion of the mud in the snail settling pool was extracted.After washing,the mud was used to identify oncomelania snails and other snails.The snail diffusion in the ditches downstream of the snail settling pool and the surrounding environment was investigated.Results The snail was investigated in the upstream environment of the snail settling pool,and the investigation area was 8165.50 square meters.The number of investigation frames was 153,and the number of frames with snail was 23;93 snail was captured,and the snailsdensity was 0.61/0.11 m^(2),but no positive snails were found.In the snail settling pool,14 oncomelania snails were found and the oncomelania snails were all dead.643 other snails were found,containing 12 other living snails and 631 dead snails.3980.00 square meters of ditch and adjacent field were investigated,the number of investigation frames were 70,and no snails were found.Conclusions The effect of snail settling is positive in snail settling pool of Lezhi County.It is suggested to explore the design scheme of snail settling pool in hilly area,to make overall planning for the construction of snail settling pool to produce comprehensive benefits,to clear the sediment regularly,and to put the mud near the water outlet and the water inlet at the bottom,aiming to prevent the snail from spreading.
